Recruiting physicians is a time-consuming process for healthcare organizations. StealthDoc set out to automate job discovery by emailing physicians weekly with AI-matched positions drawn from a database of more than 6000 openings.
Working closely with their product team, we developed mobile apps for iOS and Android backed by an AI-powered matching engine. Each week the system analyzes new listings and a physician's profile to deliver curated opportunities directly to their inbox.
