Guide and artwork
Cerebra Enterprises created the app writing, original simplified floor diagram, adventures, and thematic elephant and fossil illustrations. The illustrations are interpretive artwork and do not establish the appearance of an exact museum specimen or room.
Museum information
Exhibition and visitor facts were checked against the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History exhibition directory, visitor pages, current museum map, Find Your Place state-and-territory guide, and selected official object pages. Exact source links and review dates appear with records in the app.
Collection data and media
Optional extended-collection metadata comes from the Smithsonian Open Access public dataset. Included collection images were selected only where the individual media item carries an explicit CC0 designation. These records do not establish public display locations. The Smithsonian retains its own institutional identity and source attribution; CC0 material is not claimed as Cerebra's original property.
Independent status
An independent guide. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Smithsonian Institution.
