Delete local saved data
In the app, open My Visit and choose Delete my saved data. After confirmation, the app removes your plans, saved object list, history, adventure progress, discovery cards, notes, copies of selected photos, and temporary exports from its private storage. Your original photo-library files are not affected.
Remove public downloads
Open My Visit > Downloads and remove optional collection packs separately. The bundled guide is part of the app installation and is removed when the app is deleted.
Backups, sharing, and correspondence
Normal iOS device backups may contain earlier private app data. Manage backup copies in your device or backup-provider settings. Shared copies held by recipients or outside services are separate. Support email is handled as correspondence; write to [email protected] for a request about that correspondence.
