Delete your HonorSide data

1. Open HonorSide and go to Settings.
2. If you are in a temporary helper session, end that session to return to the device owner’s settings.
3. Choose Delete saved data in the Private data section.
4. Choose Delete in the confirmation. If the data is locked, complete device authentication when requested.

This removes the saved profile and optional answers, plan, private notes, checklist progress, follow-up dates and encryption key. It cancels pending and delivered HonorSide reminders and cleans temporary handoff files. Public resource information remains available.

Deletion cannot be undone. Cerebra Enterprises does not have a cloud copy and cannot recover or remotely erase device-only information. If you use HonorSide on more than one device, delete the information separately on each device.

Deleting local data does not recall handoffs, copied text, screenshots, printouts or files already saved to another app or shared with someone else. Remove those copies using the destination app or ask the recipient. It also does not delete records held independently by VA or any program you contacted.

Choose “End helper session.” Temporary helper answers and the helper plan are cleared without changing the owner’s saved information. Merely backgrounding the app pauses a helper session; it is not the same as ending it.

If you sent an email to Cerebra Enterprises, request deletion by emailing [email protected] with “HonorSide data deletion” in the subject, preferably from the address you used before. Identify the relevant correspondence without sending private app answers or identity documents.
