Email [email protected] with “HonorSide support” in the subject. Include the app version, your iOS version and a brief description of the problem. If you attach a screenshot, remove names, private notes and other sensitive information first.

For a resource correction, include its public name or ID, the issue and an official source link if available. In the current offline app, a report can be copied for you to send; online report submission is not enabled. A report does not request benefits or assistance from a program.

Support email is not continuously monitored for emergencies and does not provide live help or guaranteed response times.

• Homelessness or risk of losing housing: call 877-424-3838, the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans.

These services are operated by their respective providers. HonorSide does not receive or monitor your calls, texts or chats. Calling and texting require suitable phone service; online chat needs internet access. A housing call is not a bed reservation or guarantee of assistance.

Plans are saved only on the device where you created them. There is no account, cloud sync or recovery service. If your data is locked, unlock it with the device authentication prompt. If a saved file cannot be opened, the app preserves it while letting you continue browsing public help. Avoid deleting the data while troubleshooting if you want to keep it.

Use a temporary helper session with the person’s permission. Preview the public handoff before sharing or printing, then end the session when finished. Helper answers are separate from the device owner’s saved plan. Copies sent to other people or printers cannot be recalled.

The current app includes a bundled public catalog. Searching and matching work on your device. Online catalog updates are not configured in this version; an update-unavailable message does not mean your saved private data has been uploaded or lost. Official websites, phone calls, texts and chat still need their respective network connections.

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the data-deletion instructions. For a privacy request, email [email protected]. Do not include VA credentials, medical records or identity documents.

HonorSide is independent of VA and DoD. Its current features are free; outside programs may have their own costs and requirements.
