HonorSide Terms of Use

HonorSide helps you find a next step. Program providers make their own decisions about eligibility and assistance.

Effective September 17, 2026

Using HonorSide

These terms describe your use of HonorSide and its related support pages provided by Cerebra Enterprises. By using these services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using them. The Privacy Policy explains our information practices; these terms do not substitute for any consent required by law.

HonorSide is intended for veterans, adult family members and helpers. If you help someone else, obtain their permission and respect their choices and privacy.

Information, not a decision or professional service

HonorSide provides general public resource information, organization tools and official contact routes. It does not determine eligibility, submit applications, reserve housing, guarantee funding, provide claims representation, or give legal, medical or financial advice. It does not create a professional-client relationship.

Information may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Confirm eligibility, deadlines, costs, service areas, hours and current availability with the administering provider before relying on them. A source-check date is not a guarantee of current accuracy or an indication that a human reviewed every entry.

HonorSide and Cerebra Enterprises are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by VA, DoD or the programs listed. Names and marks of outside organizations belong to their owners.

Not an emergency service

HonorSide does not monitor emergencies, dispatch assistance or provide live crisis counseling. Support email and information-problem reports are not urgent assistance channels. In immediate danger in the United States, call 911. Other official urgent contacts are on the support page. Calls, texts and online chat depend on the relevant network service.

Cost and third-party services

HonorSide’s current features are free, with no HonorSide subscription or in-app purchase. Outside programs, phone carriers, websites or providers may have their own charges, requirements and terms. You decide whether to contact or use them. Links are supplied for convenience and are not endorsements.

Permitted use and ownership

You may use HonorSide for personal purposes or to help another person, and may share its generated public handoffs for that purpose. Cerebra Enterprises and its licensors retain rights in the app, branding and original content. Public-domain information and third-party materials remain subject to their own status and terms.

Do not use the services unlawfully, impersonate a provider, misrepresent an eligibility decision, harass people, send malicious content or interfere with service security. Do not access another person’s private information without permission. Any limits on reverse engineering or other activity apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Your local information and handoffs

You control the optional information you enter and what you choose to save or share. Local private data has no HonorSide cloud backup or recovery service. Keep any essential records independently; deleting data, losing the device or losing access can result in permanent loss. Review a handoff before sharing or printing. We cannot recall copies from recipients or other services.

Apple App Store license

If you obtain HonorSide through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a separate custom license is supplied in the store. These terms address HonorSide’s services and do not replace that license or Apple’s applicable usage rules. Cerebra Enterprises, rather than Apple, provides HonorSide support.

Availability, warranties and responsibility

We may update, change or discontinue features or resource listings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue will be corrected. To the extent permitted by law, HonorSide and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Cerebra Enterprises is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of HonorSide, unavailable third-party services or lost local data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or other legally protected claims.

Changes and questions

We will post revised terms with an updated effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

For questions or concerns, contact [email protected] or write to Cerebra Enterprises, 5000 Thayer Center Ste C, Oakland, MD 21550, United States. Nothing here limits rights or remedies you have under the mandatory laws that apply to you.
