DSPP - Digital Student Processing Platform
Cerebra’s Digital Student Processing Platform (DSPP) is a secure web application designed to replace manual paper-based relocation processes for military students.
Background
Each year we train more than 7,000 students. Manual checklists slow relocation tasks and add administrative burden. DSPP modernizes these workflows inside the AFNet and meets DoD security standards.
Key Features
- Process automation. Centralized electronic checklists with document routing and collaboration for all stakeholders.
- Dashboard and reporting. Real-time status tracking and automated trend reports for leadership.
- Role-based profiles. CAC-enabled access for students, technicians, and support agencies with up to 3,000 active students.
- Electronic relocation folder. Fillable templates with CAC signatures and secure document uploads organized by tabs.
- Deadline alerts. Automatic reminders to keep tasks on schedule and maintain three years of trend data.
Training & Support
On-site training for up to 130 users is provided along with ongoing helpdesk assistance, software updates, and a standard commercial warranty.
