Offline guide and downloads
The bundled gallery guide, map diagram, core object text, visit planning, and adventures work without a download. Optional collection packs require internet. In My Visit > Downloads, check the pack size and available storage, then download, pause, retry, or remove a pack. A failed verification leaves the previous installed copy in place. iOS schedules background downloads and may pause them after a force quit; reopen the app and retry when connected.
Audio
Object pages use available iOS system speech voices. If speech is unavailable, check the device volume, audio output, and installed voices in iOS settings. The full transcript remains readable. Premium voices may need a separate system download.
Incorrect exhibit or location
Museum displays change. Check current museum signs and the official museum website before relying on a location. To report a specific issue, include the app version, public object ID, and what you observed. Do not include private notes or photos unless you choose to.
Saved information
Use My Visit > Delete my saved data to remove local personal information. Remove optional public packs separately in Downloads. This does not delete your photo-library originals.
