At a glance

The app works without an account. Browsing, search, saved objects, visit plans, adventure progress, notes, and photos you select are handled locally on your device by default. We do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, cross-app tracking, session replay, or a cloud account in the app.

Information on your device

The app stores your saved visits, notes, progress, discovery cards, and copies of photos you choose in its private app storage. The app uses the system photo picker; it does not request access to your full photo library. Your original photo-library items remain yours. Private app data may be included in normal iOS device backups according to your device and backup settings.

Optional downloaded public content is stored separately in Application Support and marked as redownloadable for exclusion from device backups. Removing a public pack does not remove your private visit information.

Content delivery and website

When you check for updates or download optional content, your device contacts our Cloudflare-hosted content service. The service and network providers necessarily process connection information such as IP address, request time, URL, and technical headers to deliver and protect the service. We do not send your searches, notes, personal photos, adventure answers, or saved plans to that service. Operational logs are limited to service health and security; provider retention and handling also follow Cloudflare's policies.

The cerebraenterprises.com website is separate from the app and loads Cloudflare Pages Web Analytics. That website beacon receives pageview and browser information. The iOS app does not embed the website beacon.

Sharing, support, and outside links

Sharing is optional and uses the system share sheet. You review what you share. Text itineraries omit notes and photos. Copies received by other people or services are outside the app's control.

If you email support, your message and any information you choose to include are handled as correspondence separately from app data. Opening an email draft does not send it. Official museum and other external websites have their own privacy practices and require an internet connection.

Children and families

Families can use one device without entering children's names or ages. The app has no child profile or public social features. External links and sharing are placed outside the adventure play screen so an adult can review them. Parents and guardians should supervise use of outside websites and sharing.

Your choices and deletion

Use My Visit > Delete my saved data to remove app-stored plans, history, saved objects, notes, adventure progress, discovery cards, copied photos, and temporary exports. Use My Visit > Downloads to remove optional public packs separately. Deleting app data does not delete original photos in your photo library, copies you shared elsewhere, or independently held support correspondence. You may also remove the app; device backups may retain earlier copies until deleted through your backup provider.
