License
When you download the app, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use ZooMap GPS DC for personal visitor guidance and entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable Apple terms.
Unofficial guide
ZooMap GPS DC is an unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Smithsonian Institution or Smithsonian's National Zoo.
Safety
The app is for general visitor guidance only. It is not an emergency locator, safety-critical navigation tool, or official source for zoo operations. GPS, pins, saved parking, routes, map tiles, hours, food locations, and other details may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or different from posted signs.
Your responsibility
Use the app responsibly, stay on posted paths, follow posted rules, obey staff instructions, supervise children, and use your own judgment.
Online services
Some app features can load map data or open official websites. Internet access, third-party services, and Apple platform services may be required for those features and may change or become unavailable.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, ZooMap GPS DC is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cerebra Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here.
