What ZooMap GPS DC is

ZooMap GPS DC is an account-free visitor guide for Washington, DC zoo trips. It helps visitors find map areas, bathrooms, food, exits, Metro, parking, accessible parking, routes, animal stops, photo spots, and a kids checklist.

ZooMap GPS DC is an unofficial guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Smithsonian Institution or Smithsonian's National Zoo.

Location

If you allow location access, the app uses your location on your device to show where you are, guide you toward nearby places, and save your parking spot when you choose that feature. Cerebra Enterprises does not receive, sell, or share your precise GPS location.

Local data

The app can store settings, onboarding state, saved parking location, route state, checklist progress, map viewport preferences, and app-managed place data on your device. This data stays on your device unless you choose to share it through normal iOS sharing tools or contact support.

Online map and links

The app can load online map style and tile data from a map provider so the map can display. Those requests can include standard network information such as IP address, device request details, and the map tile areas needed to render the map.

Official links open Smithsonian or National Zoo web pages in Safari or Safari View Controller, and those websites are governed by their own privacy practices.

Support

If you email support, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device model, iOS version, app version, and details about the issue. We use support messages only to respond, troubleshoot, improve the app, and protect the service.

Children

The app is family-friendly, but it is not directed to children under 13 for collecting personal information. The app does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke location permission in iOS Settings. You can clear saved parking in the app. You can delete the app to remove local app data from your device. For privacy requests, contact corporate@cerebraenterprises.com.
