This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Cerebra Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for the ZooMap GPS DC application (the "Application").
Scope of license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license is for personal, non-commercial visitor guidance and entertainment.
Unofficial guide
The Application is an unofficial visitor guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Smithsonian Institution or Smithsonian's National Zoo.
Safety and accuracy
The Application is not an emergency locator, safety-critical navigation tool, or official source for venue operations. GPS, routes, saved parking, pins, map tiles, hours, food locations, and other details may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or different from posted signs.
Maintenance and support
Cerebra Enterprises LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the Application.
Third-party services
The Application may load online map data or open third-party websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices and may change or become unavailable.
Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided as is and as available. If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by Apple's rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the Application.
Product claims
Cerebra Enterprises LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Application fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
Intellectual property
If a third party claims that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Cerebra Enterprises LLC, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third-party beneficiary
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
